The Role of Perception in our Growth Process
Perception plays a vital role in shaping our thoughts, actions, and behaviors, especially in fast-paced environments like corporate settings. Basic tasks like sending emails and corresponding with colleagues, which had once been routine, became sources of anxiety. I was overthinking every move and making mistakes because I was too focused on avoiding them. There were moments when I considered quitting, but I decided to embrace the challenges instead.
